Hey folks,
I am reviewing the Disputes options within Evaluation forms. I'm looking to see if there is a way to limit the number of evaluations an agent an dispute over a given period of time. For example, we provide 1 evaluation per agent, per month. This means they would get 12 evaluations a year. If I wanted to limit the number of times they can dispute any of those 12 evaluations to 6 per year, is that possible?
I know you can set a limit to how many times a single evaluation can be disputed, up to 5 times. This is not what I'm looking for with this question.
