    Hi All,

    We came across Genesys article which lists DNC.com and Gryphon as official integrators for washing/scrubbing outbound call list with DNC list. While browsing it is clear these 2 are applicable for US region but is anyone aware if the same can be applicable for Australia or any other geolocation.

    We came across Salesfoce App-exchange application which integrates Salesforce with Australian national DNC provider and are thinking if something similar is available for Genesys.
    Has anyone used national DNC list in Australia region, if yes can you share the details and how the same can be leveraged in Genesys solution.

    I have searched up and down for a solution, but all I could fine is a very expensive API in the UK, but nothing like what DNC.com offers.  I would contact them directly to see if they are planning anything.  Most countries don't have a great DNC listing feature.  I would say go back to the tried and true check - Expressed Written Consent or a 90-day EBR.

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for the reply. Indeed, I did not find any solution and thus had to check with Gryphon and DNC directly over email & call. As per latest update both Gryphon & DNC cover US-Canada regions and do not have a roadmap to cover other global regions.
