    Hello,

    is there any way to filter DNIS with division in performance -> workspace -> DNIS Performance

    We'd like to have stats by activity based on DNIS through performance -> workspace, but we don't have the option of filtering by division as we do for interactions. Doing so by queue is not easy with large numbers.

    any suggestions ?

    Hi Rihab,

    Unfortunately DNIS are not Division aware in reporting. I did create this idea some time ago to add names to DNIS for reporting. https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ANLS-I-550 which is under review. A number of other ideas have been merged so hoping that is positive. It does not include Divisions though as that was a new feature when I created the idea. It makes sense to include Division control here but DNIS is not necessarily the same as DID.
