    Hi,

    we're developing a Script in Genesys. This script calls to Genesys API through "Genesys Cloud Data Actions Integration".

    **Note** : API requests generated by Genesys Cloud for internal authentication or as part of the basic operation of the software are not considered billable nor are included in the calculation.

    Are those calls to Genesys API billable or are considered as "internal"?

    Hello,

    Yes, the Genesys Cloud Platfrom API requests, invoked via Genesys Cloud Data Action, will be taken into account (counted) in the fair usage limit.
