I did a POC in October 2021 and found that call.estimatedWaitTime variable that exists in In-Queue flow gives a delayed EWT as compared to the EWT I got from /api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/mediatypes/{mediaType}/estimatedwaittime. However when I check now, The delay seems to be reduced. Is there any release where genesys had improved the performance of this predefined variable? Also, is the call.estimatedWaitTime reliable?
