    Hi team,

We have currently an external system which use 128 Bit AES encryption method for encryption. Can you please let me us know if genesys cloud supports it for data action. If you have deployed a solution it would be of great help.

    Hey Anush

The Resource Centre article Encrypt Data action states we Use an AWS KMS symmetric key for conversations.

The AWS documentation states that these are 256-bit AES keys
