Hello everyone. i'm using the AWS integration tool ... i have a couple of questions:
- i want to know if the information that i saved, is saved in purecloud and in S3 bucket or only is saved in the bucket. // In this way i'm interested in saved the information only in the Bucket.
- The other question is about the policies that i created to bring the information to the s3 bucket. I selected "Delete recordings after 1 day.". After two days, i downloaded one recording; so i hace another question: it recording is downloaded from my s3 bucket or is download from pure cloud. // i wanna knot what happen with my policy "Delete After One day". it policy only delete the information in purecloud or delete in both places.

- Your S3 bucket is unrelated to how Genesys Cloud behaves internally. Configuring the integration does not change normal behavior for recordings.
- Recordings are only pushed to your bucket due to initiating an export. Genesys Cloud has no further involvement with the contents of your bucket. What happens after the export process has completed is between you and Amazon.
