    Hi There,

    Is there a way to see the audit trail report for an interaction to display who download the recording?

    I can see each recorded interaction has an audit trail report in the interaction details view. It will show who accessed the recording even during the download process.

    But, it doesn't have an action "download" to display who downloaded the recording.  Tested, it will display the action "read" even if you download a recording.

    Any other ways we see an audit trail only for the download of the recording?
