I noticed today that if I access an interaction by way of the Agent Performance-Evaluation view, I don't have the option to download the recording. If I access the exact same interaction via the Interactions view, the download recording option is there. The URL is exactly the same no matter how I get there, and if I go via the eval view, a refresh seems to make the download recording option available. It seems like an unnecessary second step, though. Is this a known bug or on Genesys' radar anywhere?
