Robert,
Unless I'm mistaken, I believe Rohit is looking for a way to deny speech input and restrict to DTMF only, without dropping out of the Bot to a regular flow.
I'm no expert on Bots (but trying to learn, which is why this thread is of particular interest to me!) and I'm uncertain why you would want to do this (unless it's some strange regulatory requirement?) but AFAIK, it cannot be done inside the Bot. About the closest would be to have the caller "Say or press 1".
Or am I missing something here?

Yes indeed bot flows support speech and DTMF. Here is proof and a quick example: Use DTMF in a bot flow - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

Subject: DTMF only inputs
Hi,
I have a requirement to only allow dtmf input "1" from caller to confirm and consent for enrolling in a feature. Is there a way in Bot flows to ask for slot only in dtmf mode? Currently, the only option I have is to exit the bot flow to collect this input in an inbound flow and then come back to bot flow for further processing.
