Hello All, I have a query regarding emails and Speech & Text Analytics (STA). We are using a Genesys premier partner to handle emails as 3rd party email solution which delivers all emails on genesys but it does not initiate the STA as there is no actual email content in Genesys. We are trying to access possibility of creating dummy emails in Genesys, in a specific queue, where they behave as incoming emails with a body and STA can process the contents of the body. These emails will come into the queue and simply disconnect. We do not want any of these emails to be processed but we need STA to run.
Would need some guidance of how this can be achieved.
