    Team,

    We are doing external transfer when user selects certain menus, how can we transfer to an external number through a dummy queue. This is required for reporting purpose.

    You could transfer the call to a queue which uses an in-queue call flow that immediately transfers the call out. Ensure no agents are active on that queue however.

    Thanks Smith, how do i link an in-queue call flow with a queue ? I created an in-queue call flow and a dummy queue don't know how to link both.
