Hi All,
We are using the Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework. When we connect a call, the event triggers a modal in the browser. The issue I'm having is that if the user has multiple tabs open with the call controls, the connect event will trigger the modal in both tabs when we would like it to only happen in the active tab. Any advice?

The client itself manages certain events (namely screen pop and call log processing) on the primary tab, but will communicate the rest of its events regardless of tab. It would be up to the parent application to implement their own primary tab logic to prevent unwanted behaviors on non-focused tabs.
