There is a Beta in progress at the moment for Skills Based Dialing. This sounds like what you need. The Beta is for Preview / Progressive at the moment, but I have it on good authority that Power and Predictive will be added.

We have a contact list that has a field called "lead source." The value for this field is automatically populated via our own backend logic, and there are 10 values that the lead source can possibly be. We have 10 skills in Genesys, each corresponding to one of the 10 lead sources. I want to add the skill to a campaign call based on the value of the lead source field. I know I could create a set of campaign rules that checks the value of the lead source column and then routes the call via a designated skill, but this would require me to create 10 rules (one rule for each possible lead source) that all utilize identical logic.
Is there a way to dynamically adjust the skill(s) assigned to a campaign call through the Genesys UI or Genesys data actions?
