    Hi all,

    This is less a technical question and more one of user experience. We are looking at local Edges deployments in countries that are not yet listed by Genesys for deployment so we are looking at virtual implementations.

    I'm wondering if any business have users in the countries listed below and also whether they have local physical or virtual edges deployed.

    Egypt
    I know we cannot supply hardware to this country. We already have a customer using Genesys Cloud with remote phone in country

    Nepal
    Nigeria
    Oman
    Bangladesh
    Sri Lanka

    Any comments appreciated

    Hi Richard,

    We do have a customer with a EDGE appliance/hardware (locally) in Nigeria. Connectivity is usually a little bit unstable as well as power that tends to go on and off sometimes, but in general this does work.
