Hi everyone,
Is there any other way to edit/manipulate the emails signature (Footer Table) apart from Canned response?

Not that I know of. For questions related to features and configurations, I would recommend to post them on the Genesys Cloud Community CX forum. The Developer Forum is meant for questions related to API, SDK, Development.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for the tip. Well actually there is a way to manipulate the email headers and footers but i am just not finding it.
Will keep in mind that here is only for developments. Sorry! i did not notice that.
