Folks can purchase the Disaster Recovery organization to set up an org in a separate AWS region, and use CX as Code to keep it updated to match the primary organization.

Hello everyone
maybe some of you, experience the issue on Monday 27th in which Genesys AWS Frankfurt was completely unavailable. For more information, you can check on Genesys Cloud Status (mypurecloud.com)
This brought to my attention the need to have a backup solution in case the cloud is not available at all as happened on Monday.
So this discussion it to exchange with you possible architectures: what do you have in place?
- "Silent" org in a different AWS Region to wake up in such cases?
- Routing at carrier level to other target platform instead of terminating in Genesys Cloud?
- Fallback using Skype and Teams?
