  • 1.  Email alerts/notifications intermittently not working

    No replies, thread closed.
    Some agents are reporting that when they receive an email interaction they are presented the email without any notification or alert.

    One day the notifications work, the next day or two they do not, then it works again.

    if it works when they first login and go on-queue then it works all day (their shift), if they do not receive the notification when they first login it fails all day.

    they are presented the email no matter the scenario

    Voice Calls ring in correctly

    Has anyone experienced this?

    We are experiencing this as well in our organization. Some of us are able to receive emailed alerts while being off queue and others have to be on queue to receive the email. And sometimes whether being on queue or not we don't get the emailed alert. 

    Can we get an update from Genesys on this intermittent issue? Are there any known work arounds?
