Some agents are reporting that when they receive an email interaction they are presented the email without any notification or alert.
One day the notifications work, the next day or two they do not, then it works again.
if it works when they first login and go on-queue then it works all day (their shift), if they do not receive the notification when they first login it fails all day.
they are presented the email no matter the scenario
Voice Calls ring in correctly
