    HI,

    I will use email inbound flow to handle emails within PureCloud; but I note that when an email come in interaction and I have to respond to this, the original mail is not automatically insered in my email (I have to click the ellipsis to include this in my email)

    But the important issue is the formatting of this mail at the bottom: there isn't the text formatting, and this makes the email uneasy to read.

    Is there a solution about these 2 themes?
