    Hello Team,

    I am trying to generate Auto reply from email flow. However, when Autoreply is generated and received by customer, I don't see history (Initial customer email) is appended. 

    Could you please advise if there is way i can add email history during sending Auto reply message.

    yes, you can use internal variable - Email.Message.htmlBody

    please note maybe max size for autoresponse / autoreply is 32000 Byte; this limit is set by Genesys Cloud backend, if you go over this limit either the email is not sent or is cut down. also embedded images can be an issue, unless you are using a canned reponse as an autoresponse template. With canned responses you have the challenge with Library + Canbned response link, etc on the other hand
