Hi,
I have a situation where the email conversation in a Queue with 0 users(on-queue) has to be transferred to another Queue.
Is there anything to be done at configuration? or
Do I need to poll the Queue via API, if no user available(on-queue) then transfer the email conversation to another queue?

PureCloud doesn't have a feature to auto-transfer conversations when there are no members in a queue.

So I will have to poll the Queue and if no agents available then transfer the Email Interaction to another Queue.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Using notifications would be better than polling, but yes.
