  • 1.  Email Delivery receipts in agent's reply

    Hi community,

    I see this article (Email delivery receipts - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)) mentioning that email delivery receipts is possible, but its missing me something to find this information correctly because in the interactions view i cannot see the delivery receipts in the answers of the agents. Is it only for outbound campaigns? Is it missing some configuration from the email server side?

    From what I know and have experienced, that is correct - only for campaigns at the moment.  I suggest you vote and comment on this idea: Detailed mail delivery reporting and | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
