I don't believe you can hide the From address, but curious what the purpose of this would be as it's vital information for being able to reply to the customer?
In the incoming e-mail flow you could look if Email.Message.route.id contains the To address you wanna block and disconnect it if it does.

Is it possible to hide the 'from' field in an email from the customer and if so where is this configured ?. Is it also possible to prevent email coming into Genesys/or into the queue that were sent directly to @support.companyname.org.uk as an additional security measure and if so how is this done ?.
