The email fonts are back (I'm pretty sure they disappeared a while back, no?)
Are we able to set a default font from the list provided?
The default seems to be Helvetica, however if the business always uses Arial it means agents have to manually change this on every email.
Also, do we know if the Canned Responses will also have the ability to change fonts?
You can change the font manually when entered into the email body, but as per above, again this isn't optimal.
