    Hi,  As we know Call recordings are encrypted all the time.
    Can you please let me know , what kind of security policies (encryption etc. ) we have for email channel in Genesys cloud ?

    Within our Genesys Cloud Virtual Private Cloud, emails are encrypted both in transit and at rest.  

    Due to the nature of email we cannot guarantee that emails that are sent encrypted from Genesys Cloud will remain encrypted after they leave our Virtual Private Cloud.  Some customers with specific compliance concerns regarding sending email may use a custom SMTP server with Genesys Cloud.
