  • 1.  Email Parking Issue

    Hi Team,

    I can't able to park the email event though i have the necessary permissions are added.

    Is there anything else i need to check rather than the permission below?

    • Conversation > Email > Parking permission
    • Conversation > Communication > BlindTransfer permission

    Hello Haridass,

    If you have those permissions assigned, there should be no issue. I would recommend verifying that you have the role where those permissions are assigned, log out, and then log back into Genesys Cloud.

    Hi Jason Kleitz,

    Thanks for your response,

    Now i can able to park the email but ,If i pull that email it went to my current interaction but the content tab is loading i can't able to view the content.

    Is there any network issues,Because for Agent1 its working i can able to pull it view the content but for Agent2 while pulling the content is loading

    Agent1 and Agent2 has same permissions assigned
