Hi Joy,
You can just use the Queue Performance view, go to Interactions tab,
Filter by Not Answered and Not Ended and then any other filters you want / need, interval, email etc
From there you can assign the interaction to a user as normal, just press the three blue dots on the right of the interaction:

In one our email queues, we have over 500 emails awaiting to be answered. Is there any way of looking for interactions that has not been assisted yet to view those. Under the waiting interactions you can only view the first 50 or the last 50? What if I have one in the middle that needs attention to and need to assign it to someone?
