So we recently migrated our Contact Center from Cisco UCCX to Genesys CX so are still learning how to navigate through the features. Currently we are try to understand the default behavior for email retention, if the retention period can be changed, if the retention period has a limitation (if so, what is it?), and how to access historical email data. Our company policy requires a retention period of 15 years. Would love to know what others are doing in regards to this and what best practices are. Any resources that can be shared would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
