Hi All,
is the search for Email subject or body case sensitive?
If so how can I make it search regardless of the case?

Hi All,
I have worked it out myself... it is case sensitive and there are two ways to do it!
Both require changing the search to be an Expression by pressing the Expression tab and pressing the "Convert to Expression" link.
Then you can either use the "Lower" command to set the email subject and body (if you're searching both) to be in lower case and make the value you are searching with lower case. The other method is to change the "contains" command to be non case sensitive by setting the boolean at the end to "true" (look up the contains command for the sintax)
Anyway I have it now working.
