  • 1.  Emails sending fail with large attachment

    Outbound emails getting fails with large attachments (exceeding 4mb) 
    refer the below log file for failed email.

    Can you manually send emails with attachments of that size through that email server?

    I may be wrong, but my initial suspicion is attachment size restrictions on the server.

    If that's not it, have you got plenty of free disk space on the CIC server?

    Hi Paul, 

    Thank you for the update, 

    I have tried to send with 20MB attachment email  from the email server (Integrated Outlook email), It was successful. 
    We have adjust the Protocol Time out Value 00:05:00 to 00:10:00
