Hello,
I am familiar with this method here, which describes the contactSearch method as a user is creating a new phone call interaction.
With this method, we can define where to search (CRM, External Contact, etc).
However - I noticed that the search is not seemingly applied, when I'm creating a new email interaction. Is this a method that can be applied when I'm trying to create a new email (i.e. it auto searches the CRM or external contacts, based off my entry). NOt sure if this is a bug, or if the EF doesn't support contactSearch for any other media type beside voice.
