Hi,
I am doing some testing with the Web Messaging Remote name. I understand that an initial interaction is going to show as "Guest" if we are using unauthenticated web messaging. However, if I "link" the interaction to an external contact, the remote name field within the full client will be replaced with the the external contact name like so:
I am running this same test in the embedded client, using the interaction pop out, and noticed that it only seems to "half" work. I see the External Contact name in one place, but I still see "Guest" in another place.
What value is the Interaction pop out displaying here, and can I change that so that it reflects the External Contact name, or another value?

This appears to be an issue with the UI. Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate further.
