We are using external contact API to update the name of the contact after manual authentication in our custom CRM solution. Updated name has reflected correctly in one place, But didn't reflect in other places in embedded interaction window and framework, Attached is the reference. Could you please let me know if there is any other APIs to invoked to get this working.

Indeed, that is a known limitation with Embeddable Framework: we have future plans to improve the behavior. Thanks for your patience.
