Gladys, you might find the attached schema to be helpful. Some options here include translation configurations, icon URLs, and application lifecycle configuration.

Thanks Becky, I see the schema attached but I have some doubts I have problems with a Customer application, the application work with screen pops, each time that the agent open a link of this application, appear a new windows. But the new window appear in other page of the navigator, ergo out of purecloud enviroment. For this reason I want to know if the advanced configuration page can permit me to configure something for avoid the problem with the screen pop
