    Just had a meeting with our facilities team where they are looking to install some new push button emergency call boxes throughout our building, specifically IX-DVF-RA - Aiphone. Looking to see if anyone has had to incorporate these or similar devices into their Genesys implementation. They are SIP enabled, so I would assume we are going to setup as a standalone generic SIP device for it to just utilize Genesys to get out and utilize its native software to complete whatever dial options our Facilities team wants to set up, all seems simple until its not, any insight will be appreciated!

    We looked at using Genesys for this. We were at the implantation stage and spoke with their professional services and then got a stand alone system. They did not know of anyone who had done it and did not think it would work . Probably not you want to hear.
