We have noticed that if a callback is presented in the embedded framework product/PureCloud for Chrome, and for whatever reason, they do not need to place the callback, possibly because the caller already placed an inbound call back into the queue, there is no way to "End Callback" like there is in the Main PureCloud screen. They have to open the main PureCloud application to end the callback, or they have to place the callback, then hang up quickly to enter the wrap-code and disconnect the call. This is not best practice, or a good experience for the agent or the person being called.
We would like to see if there is a way to allow the embedded client to show the "End Callback" option. I have attached screen captures as well.
