Good evening,
We have a script for outbound campaigns and in some interactions, when we extract the information from the contact list we see that the script fields are not updated to the contact list, this particular case is with the variable scripter.Agent Name, which in some interactions does not update the agent name in some calls and we do not know why, since we have an action when loading the script to set that variable and update the contact. Can you help me? Thanks
