Hi community, i have a problem.
We want to create a very simple click-to-call web interface for a client. In our own cloud instance (instance A) everything works as it should. So we want to test it on the client's instance (instance b) and fails.
We replicate all the necessary configurations in clients instance (instance b)
- oauth with rights scopes
- redirect url
- etc
Cloud shows the next image with the client instance. We already try this in 2 more instance and works fine.
The only difference we see in client instance (instance b) is that they use active directory to login their users and i don't know if that's a problem.
Have you guys experience that before?
