    while creating the flow (newtest) in Genesys using the POST/api/v2/flows API we can be able to create the flow, but we cannot open the flow.

    So, we have raised ticket in Genesys My support, they guided as to use POST/api/v2/flows/{flowId}/versions API after using the first API. For this API call Genesys Developer Center documentation does not have any API request body. So, we created a version by taking the reference of sample flow and created version. But still opening the flow throws different error.

    Check-in(Save) API for the flow is working, but publish API is not working.

    So kindly help us with the required steps to create flow using API and the request's body to create the flow from API without error.

    Hi Dharshini,

    I am curious why you would want to create the flow using the APIs. The normal workflow is to design the flow using the UI tools. What is your use case for creating the flow via the API? Are you trying to deploy a flow that has been created by the UI to another org? If so you might want to either look at:

    1. Archy
    2. CX as Code

    I am not sure how familiar you are with Genesys Cloud but I would look through our blueprints and devdrops as we have several examples of deploying flows using these two technologies.
