Hello everyone.
I know the community forum would probably suit better for this question but, unfortunately, the forum is a bit "cold" since the migration to Genesys app.
I'm getting the error below when trying to make a call between agents with webrtc phones.
error.ininedgecontrol.connection.station.notReached
I'm pretty sure it's my problem because i have the same scenario working for another Edge. The problem is I don't know were to start looking. Nothing blocked on the firewall apparently.
Could someone help?

If you're not getting a response on the product forum, I'd suggest opening a ticket with PureCloud support. This seems to be a pretty clear cut case of a base product not working as expected. Because this doesn't relate to any sort of customization or API usage, there's not really anything that can be done here.
