    Hi,

    I have to sent the call that come in Architect in another System, but this call must have data specified in variables in architect.

    Can I Use Set Partecipant Data in Architect to store these informations and send them to another system?

    Have I to set something about trunk configuration?

    Thanks Tim,

    I enabled the UUI Passthrought

    and I added the UUI Data Action in My Inbound Flow

    Now how can I test this? where can I see the informations about UUI? I thought developer tools using calls analytics; is it a good idea?

    Place a call into your IVR and have it transferred to the external system. Inspect the external system to see if it's getting the UUI data.

    No. UUI data goes in a SIP header and is not part of the conversation data.
