    In the recent EWT Q&A video it was mentioned that a EWT accuracy reporting tool for internal use was being worked on.

    Just wondering how we would go about getting Genesys to use/run that tool against our data, and provide us with information on how accurate it is in our environment.

    Hi Anton and Robert, 

    At this point, this is an internal research effort to determine how we can best see EWT accuracy.  We don't have this formally on the roadmap yet and therefore do not have a date for the capability yet.
