    Hello -

    For the past few months, we have been seeing evals assigned to evaluators that do not match the Policy that is in effect. Any ideas why this is happening or how to stop it? Thanks!

    Hi Amber,

    I have checked with a couple of folks and they recommend you raise a case through Product Support so they can investigate the issue for you.

    Hi Amber,

    As Tracy mentioned, it would be best if you can raise a case with Care on this so they can get more details to investigate.
