Hi there! We are implementing about of Platform API with Nodejs. i found something is inconsequence with behaviours below: step 1: Agent is already in state On Queue step 2: Change state to OUT OF OFFICE (now the toggle button in top right of screen is Off Queue) step 3: Click on toggle button to change to state On Queue now in screen is in state On Queue but information of event i received is different: { "topicName":"v2.users.cca59a87-2dec-401f-a5e3-f927ca1xxxxx.activity", "version":"2", "eventBody":{ "id":"cca59a87-2dec-401f-a5e3-f927ca1xxxxx", "routingStatus":{ "status":"OFF_QUEUE", "startTime":"2018-10-18T01:22:29.842Z" }, "presence":{ "presenceDefinition":{ "id":"6a3af858-942f-489d-9700-5f9bcdcxxxxx", "systemPresence":"AVAILABLE" }, "presenceMessage":"", "modifiedDate":"2018-10-18T01:22:29.777Z" }, "outOfOffice":{ "active":false, "modifiedDate":"2018-10-18T01:35:45.956Z" }, "activeQueueIds":[ "bf14a683-5cb8-4648-aac2-cb5e4f9xxxxx" ], "dateActiveQueuesChanged":"2018-08-31T06:26:42.316Z" }, "metadata":{ "CorrelationId":"ea20e52a-f867-4963-931b-fe793e2xxxxx" } }
1 more after repeat above step 3 times, even though click on toggle button to switch between On Queue <-> Off Queue, No event s broadcast

Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate. Missing data (events) cannot be investigated via the forum.
