Hello,
I created a flow to intentionally trigger the infamous "Sorry, an error occurred" system error thinking it would trigger the Flow Instance Execution Error from the Event Catalog. https://developer.genesys.cloud/platform/operational-event-catalog/architect-0002
However, no event is consumed by EventBridge, and I can't subscribe to the topic in the api explorer v2.operations.events.{id} to test. When attempting to subscribe using the operational event ID of ARCHITECT-0002 I receive a 403.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the correct use of this operational event, or something isn't working correctly?
It should be noted that EventBridge is set to receive all events and the integration is correctly consuming events for other topics as specified in the integration. For this topic, I'm filtering v2.operations.events.{id}

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate. We do not have access to your org's data to investigate why the event was not received.
