hello, client has EWT on their website via GCX api.  There is rarely a queue for this contract, so it typically displays 1 minute on website.  The Hours are 08:00-20:00

While closed the EWT displays -1

I am wondering is the definition of -1 ?

Why they currently display EWT during closed hours, 24x7, is not known by me, and I understand they are addressing that issue.
