Hey Everyone,
The Genesys Cloud CX Technical Account Managers from APAC are publishing a new video series for community members. The videos are short recordings (typically around 5 minutes) of a feature review, commonly asked questions, or unique use-case. The first batch of videos is available now in the Genesys Cloud CX Community's Library. Just check the TAM Studios folder to find this great content.
When will new videos be posted? Feature reviews happen weekly but they plan to record major releases. Use-case demos and FAQs will be ad-hoc. Either way, there is likely to be new content once a week.
Have a question? You can ask questions about specific videos directly in the library's entry. Just scroll to the bottom and you will see the "Comments" field. Drop your question there and hopefully a TAM will get back to you. For unrelated questions, please continue posting in the Genesys Cloud CX Community's Discussions.
