I am implementing an IVR application, I would like my application to play a wav file provided to me by a link. Example of the provided link: https://xxx/xx/Tel_00222.wav Is there a way to execute this link in order to play the wav file directly in my IVR application without downloading it?

No, you'll need to upload the recording into a user prompt for the flow to play it.
