Hi, I’m looking for an API that will let me export chat, e-mail and VoIP recordings, not only metadata but contents as well. Will I be able to build a common solution for this using the recording API? Please help pointing me in the right direction, Example code and/or open-source tools will be helpful.
Thanks.

Take a look at the Recording APIs. This open source project could be a starting point for adding recording export functionality, though it does not currently contain that feature. https://github.com/MyPureCloud/open-data-exporter

Hi Tim, thanks for the quick response! :) I’ve already found the links you provided. Yes, open-data-exporter with some modification is an excellent starting point and will get us VoIP export using the Recording APIs. I’m no programmer, so we will contract one for this task. So, for now I just need to know if we can export e-mail body and chat message content the same way we can for VoIP recordings. Is this data accessible through the APIs as well?
