  • 1.  Export digital bot flow from one org to import to another?

    Seems straIght forward but I keep having problems trying to import a digital bot flow that I've exported from another org.  I do expect to get validation errors but this just gives "failed to load flow" without anything useful and won't actually import.  Have no problem with voice flows and I can export/import a flow within the same org.

    The bot flow itself is pretty simple and contains basically just two ask for slot tasks so I can't think of what would be blocking this.

    Is the digital bot flow old? I do remember some time ago updates to intents etc that made it easier in future builds, but when exporting an old (and still supported) bot flow to a brand new one it did this.

    Did you try to Edit and Re-publish the old flow and then export it? 

    I just did one test, with exporting/importing Digital Bot Flows from one to another Org and it worked with no issues. My Bot flow was also as simple as yours with 3 Ask for Slot actions.

    Please try the following.

    After you download from first org, locate the file and right click on it for properties. If the file shows locked, unlock it and then try uploading.
